Customs and Courtesies

Each meeting is opened by an invocation(optional), the pledge of allegiance and the reading of the 4-way test.
Rotarians, visitors and guest will be identified by some for of name tag and/or badge.
U.S. and Rotary flags, including current theme flags will be displayed at every meeting.
Each member personally greets visiting Rotarians and guests at least once during the meeting.
If a member must leave prior to the ending of the meeting, give advance notice to the club president and/or the guest speaker.
Turn off cell phones and beepers.
Members stand and applaud when the guest speaker is introduced and at completion of their presentation (optional).
Pay full attention to the guest speaker by refraining from disturbing conversations with table mates during the program.
Members personally thank the guest speaker after adjournment.
