Mark your calendars now for the 2008 Suncoast Winefestival to be held on November 8 from 1-4 PM at the Sarasota Polo Club. The Suncoast Winefestival has become the premier event in east-county during the past five years. Presented by the Rotary Club of Lakewood Ranch, the Suncoast Winefestival is a festive, fun-filled event that celebrates the lifestyle of Lakewood Ranch while raising funds for charities supported by the Rotary Club. In partnership with area businesses, this event has provided more than $415,000 to charities and attracted thousands of area residents.
Sponsorship opportunities, with generous benefits, are now available to area businesses that want to access this popular event. Depending on the level of financial sponsorship, benefits include great visibility through print and radio advertising including the Winefestival Supplement to the Herald-Tribune, pre-event publicity, website acknowledgements, flyers and community newspaper inserts, tent naming rights, grounds displays, booth space, and tickets. In addition, all sponsors will receive opportunities to place discounted display ads in the special edition Supplement to the Herald-Tribune.
The Suncoast Winefestival has valuable ticket programs that can be utilized by you or as benefits to your best clients or your staff. From tickets to the exclusive Winemaker Dinner to be held on November 9 at 6:30 PM at Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club, to special admission and hours to the private VIP reception beginning at noon on November 10, to general admission to the Winefestival, our sponsors will receive a supply of tickets determined by their level of sponsorship.
The Herald-Tribune Media Group and WSRQ Talk Radio 1220 AM will provide generous media support for all aspects of the 2007 Suncoast Winefestival.
